If you are paying with one funding source:

- Use the automated invoice for payment (make sure to turn into business office).
If you are paying with multiple funding sources (PO and check for example)

- Use the automated invoice for your payment
- I will send an NMMEA invoice for your students
- Remember to contact me via email if you are using this method to register
